In this class we will explore and honor all aspects of our divine femininity (I.A.M.). Yuen method energetics and reiki will be used in support of your intention to fully embrace and amplify your dynamic loving presence. Heal, restore and celebrate yourself in this workshop. We will use journals, visualization, energy medicine and healing meditation.
What to bring: an intention and a journal.
